Rachele Morgante

Rachele Morgante is the International Safeguarding Advisor, providing technical support and training to FSC members who fund internationally, with a focus on funders across Europe. She is a passionate, results driven professional with experience in international development and humanitarian affairs, gained through work with national and international NGOs and the philanthropic sector. Her expertise includes safeguarding technical support, compliance, grant and project management, performance management systems, proposal development, and resource mobilization.

Rachele has held several child protection and safeguarding roles, including serving as Global Safeguarding Director at Habitat for Humanity International. With professional experience in Latin America and the Caribbean, the United States, and Europe, Rachele brings a strong global perspective and is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
