How can funders provide effective safeguarding support for grantee partners?
This topic is in response to findings from our recent research and questions we are often asked by our members. Our research indicates that:

Organisations really value safeguarding technical support but funders in the UK are the least likely to provide this

Opportunities to share with peers is highly valued but only around 23% of funders provide this
-
Where support is provided it tends to be signposting to tools or advice from funder staff which grantee partners find the least useful
We will dig deeper into the challenges and opportunities that providing support for grantee partners presents and we encourage members to come and share their own practice and learning in this area.
